Description
The Vanotu 2009 from Pelissero Barbaresco offers a nose opening on notes of raspberries and cherry, enhanced with woody notes such as a very appealing vanillin. Its bouquet shows typical notes of roses, sage, mint, thyme and camomile. On the palate, it is velvety, wide and offers gentle and persistent coating tannins. Its great structure and acidity match and balance the whole, guaranteeing a great maturing ability.
