Chateau le Bon Pasteur was established in 1920 by the grandparents of Michel Rolland. The famous oenologist and his brother took the reins at the head of the Chateau after their father's retirement in 1978. Chateau le Bon Pasteur's 6.6 hectares of Pomerol vineyards consists of 23 different plots on typical terroir. Each plot is vinified and aged separately until the final blending takes place, ensuring maximal terroir expression. The savoir-faire of the celebrated oenologist is fully embodied in this model vineyard.
