Rasteau located on the north Vaucluse, represents 1300 hectares. This area, which takes advantage of the great soils diversity, is influenced by the Mediterranean climate. Vineyards grow and strive during mild winters and warm and dry summers. Moreover, the south exposed slopes -amphitheater shaped- benefits of slight protection against the typical south wind - Mistral.
