An emblematic wine from the iconic Bodega Torres, Celeste pays homage to the magical starry skies of the Ribera del Duero, Spain. Located 895 meters above sea level, the vineyards of Bodega Torres enjoy a sunny exposure and large temperature differences between day and night, which helps the grapes reach ideal ripeness and aromatic freshness.

The Celeste 2015 comes from an exceptionally sunny vintage and from 100% Tempranillo, locally known as Tinto Fino. It reveals all the generous personality to be expected from the Ribera del Duero, and so it is both elegant and refined. The intensely aromatic bouquet explodes with ripe black fruit notes. It then evolves with aeration to reveal coffee and dried fruit aromas. The mouthfeel is full and fleshy. The palate evolves into a wave of tasty, gourmet sensations and reveals perfectly fused, firm tannins. The finish gives a persistent and pleasurable length.
