Smitten by the Rhône Valley, he established an oenology laboratory in 1996 in the Vaucluse. Since 2016, Xavier Vignon has devoted himself fully to the creation of his own wines. The wine

Since 2020, Xavier Vignon has been working alongside the Fondation de la Mer in order to protect the maritime world. As part of this partnership, Xavier Vignon is unveiling two wines (one red and one rosé) that are produced using organic farming practices. These wines are adorned with a label designed by the French designer, Ines de la Fressange. For each bottle purchased, 1€ will be donated to the Fondation de la Mer.
