The Au Pied du Mont Chauve Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chevenottes 2011 is the result of five plots spread over various areas of the appellation and cultured in a biodynamic way according to the lunar calendar. The Au Pied du Mont Chauve Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Chevenottes 2011 is made from 100% Chardonnay. Its nose is subtle and delicate with beautiful brioche and hints of almond and hazelnut. It then evolves into floral fragrances dominated by lemongrass and orange with white fruit notes. The palate is full and fat and moving towards a more complex environment with a lot of tension and minerality.
