2011 Pauillac 5e Cru Classe from Bordeaux
Chateau Haut-Batailley vineyard is located south-west of Pauillac appellation, and lies on 22 hectares (54.3 acres) Garonne gravel soils. The 2011 vintage is a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend.
The charming and refined 5e Cru Classe from Bordeaux reveals a deep, shiny red hue. The nose exudes a lovely bouquet with delicious black fruits and spices. Very ripe and alluring tannins coat the palate with intense fruit for superb balance. The whole boasts lovely structure: elegant, smooth, and pure.
