Characteristics and tasting advice for Château Soutard 2017
Tasting
Nose
A superb aromatic bouquet, in which the freshness of red berries is expressed with intensity.
Palate
On the palate, the wine reveals itself with elegance and finesse, on a texture that highlights the suppleness of the tannins, their powdery, finely defined grains, while tension brings balance and depth in a long finish. A lovely vintage for this Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Émilion.
