Dragon de Quintus 2016 full and complete
The Merlot and Cabernet Franc grape varieties were harvested in the area of Saint-Emilion from October 3rd-October 20th, under excellent weather conditions. 2016 Dragon de Quintus 2016 is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, a blend that provides an aromatic sparkle and gustative sweetness.
Dragon de Quintus 2016 from Chateau Quintus has a beautiful red colour and purple legs. The nose is powerful and intense with notes of red fruits (cherries). The mouth is supple and also very fruity. The tannic structure is present, but not overbearing. Dragon de Quintus 2016 is the most complete wine produced since 2011.
