The 2012 Corton Grand cru Rognets from Domaine Faiveley is pure Pinot Noir. The vines are carefully harvested and selected so that the obtained juices are as pure and qualitative as possible. The 2012 Corton Grand cru Rognets was aged in oak barrels for 12 to 18 months and reveals a good aromatic finesse, refined by the fine-grained barrels with a light toast. The purple-tinted deep red colour gives way to an intense nose, in harmony with the palate. The wine gives off black fruit, spices, woody and caramel notes. On the palate, the tannins are supple and a pleasant aromatic persistence is revealed. This 2012 Corton Grand cru Rognets from Domaine Faiveley has a good ageing potential.
