Maison Sainte Marguerite Symphonie 2023

Intriguing nose, both fresh (ripe grapefruit) and more fleshy, even slightly meaty. Peach and grapefruit are also present. The palate is rather gentle, with notes of almond and candied orange peel carried by a silky texture with impressive length. A welcome finish on lime.

Fresh aromas of peach and rose mix with subtle notes of summer rain and wet stones. The palate is cool and inviting with flavors of cooked strawberry, cantaloupe and more minerality to carry it through to a long peppery finish.
