Description
The garnet colored 2009 Barolo le Vigne from Sandrone Luciano shows an intense bouquet of ripe fruits and hints of vanilla and wood. On the palate the 2009 Barolo le Vigne is well-balanced and consistent with mineral flavours, as well as balsamic, herbal and spicy notes. It shows young tannins which express the typical characteristics of vines in the Cerreta and Contemi regions. With a great fruit, intense tannins and a bold acidity, this 2009 Barolo le Vigne from Sandrone Luciano confirms all pretentions and is a wine which last several years whereas it has not yet come to his peak.
