The Au Pied du Mont Chauve Corton Grand Cru Clos des Fiètres 2011 is the result of an exceptional plot in the center of the village of Aloxe-Corton, with a rich limestone soil and vines of Pinot Black over 70 years old. It is grown in a biodynamic way with the lunar calendar. The Au Pied du Mont Chauve Corton Grand Cru Clos des Fiètres 2011 is aged in barrels for 15 months with 80% new oak barrels and 20% one to two wines barrels. The nose is dominated by red fruits and explosive. Bouquet plays on the freshness and beautiful notes of morello cherry. The palate is delicate and lengthens fantastic. This wine is elegant and fine with a nice minerality that gives it personality.
