Dom Pérignon : Vintage 2000

On the nose, the 2000 is fresh, crystal-clear and sharp. The first nose reminds of a water vegetal world with hints of white pepper and gardenia. Along with maturity, a certain smoothness and lightness emanates, with more pit-like hints. On the palate, the attack is immediate. Fresh aromas of anise and ginger little by little match fleshy fruits such as pear or mango. The final is long lasting, ripe and steady.
