The estate
Château Le Gay is located in the Pomerol appellation. A property of the Robin sisters, who are recognised and respected in Pomerol for their know-how and their famous family motto "Quality beats quantity", Château Le Gay is today one of the most beautiful wine estates on the right bank of Bordeaux.
The vineyard
The Château Gay vineyard covers 10.5 hectares all in one piece. The vines are planted in the exceptional clay-gravel soils for which the Pomerol appellation is known.

The tasting
Tasted en primeur, the Château Le Gay2019 reveals a fresh aromatic bouquet with plenty of fruit. The cherry notes mingle with those of fresh cream and truffle, charming the nose with their intensity. On the palate, the attack is caressing, the mid-palate is mellow and the wine stretches out gently into a lovely and fragrant length.
