Description
The three varietals that comprise the wine-- Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec-- provide plenty of complexitiy to the 2012 Clos Rene. The nose offers the typical Pomerol aromas, along with a touch of oak. The wine is tannic and structured on the palate, with a lovely balance and harmony.
