A red wine from Chassagne-Montrachet with a vegetal and woody finish
The Chassagne-Montrachet Village Château de Chassagne-Montrachet of the domaine Bader-Mimeur is a single-varietal Pinot Noir red wine produced in the Chassagne-Montrachet Village appellation. Aged 40 and 70 years, the vines are planted in a clay-limestone soil. The wine is matured in oak barrels (20% in new barrels), for 16 to 18 months.
With is magnificent garnet colour, the Chassagne-Montrachet Village château de Chassagne-Montrachet 2010 of domaine Bader-Mimeur reveals discrete aromas of red fruits. The wine, not very expressive in its youth, is poised to develop in character. The finish is firm and reveals vegetal and woody touches. To be consumed before 2026-2031.
