The estate
An essential reference in Chablis, Burgundy, Domaine Laroche stands out due to its unique historical heritage, which dates back to the 9th century. Comprising a 90-hectare surface area, the Domaine Laroche vineyard, managed using agro-ecological viticultural practices, is composed exclusively of Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Domaine Laroche has been part of the Advini group since 2009. This estate is recognised for the precision, elegance and aromatic richness of its wines, which authentically express the subtlety of the Chablis climats.
The vineyard
A benchmark among Chablis wines, Domaine Laroche owns 90 hectares of vines that are solely made up of Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. The vineyards are managed using agro-ecological viticultural practices and following a global environmental approach. The use of chemical inputs is banned and natural plant-based treatments are used.
The wine
The Chablis 1er Cru Les Fourchaumes Vieilles Vignes by Domaine Laroche is the most prestigious of the Chablis Premier Crus. Stemming from a 2.44-hectare terroir with 70-year-old vines planted on a south and west facing slope, this wine is certified Vegan and High Environmental Value level 3.
