Domaine René Bouvier : Chambolle-Musigny 1er cru "Les Fuées" 2014

Vivid aromatics of black cherry, black tea and earthy soil lead onto sweet fruit on the palate. There is a thick-textured, opulent use of oak that has compelling concentration and layered completeness on the palate. Impressive control, but it could be longer.

A nose marked by a touch of oak, giving off a faint bacon-like aroma. It reappears on the palate, which opens silkily but is slightly wrapped by the élevage.
