2013 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru (Pinot Noir)
The name Les Pruliers historically refers to wild plum trees (pruniers sauvages) that use to cover the land before it was turned into vineyards. Domaine Faiveley's 2013 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru is 100% Pinot Noir.
The very deep ruby hued wine from Burgundy reveals intense aromas of fresh red fruits, currant bud, and wild plums. The palate offers spicy notes, and various empyreumatic nuances (grilled notes or roasted coffee), as well as cocoa. This wine can be enjoyed between 2023 and 2028.
