The Champagne producer Bourgeois-Diaz is located in Crouttes sur Marne, and its 7 hectare vineyards are spread across the surrounding villages. Planted on clay grounds, their vineyards are south-west facing and are planted with 55% of Pinot Meunier, 30 % of Pinot Noir and 15 % of Chardonnay. For thirty years, they have worked their vineyards with the utmost attention. More precisely, they imbue their Champagne with the true taste of their terroir. During the harvest, grapes are carefully sorted for the perfect maturity and pressed by means of a traditional press.
