The Baffonero Rocca di Frassinello is made out 100% Merlot and shows a very intense colour. The nose is a true fruity explosion with an endless range of black berries, particularly blackberries and blueberries, coated with a light hint of vanilla. On the palate, it evolves towards tobacco, chocolate and coffee. Complex, full, robust with a fresh and very pleasant final.
