Description
2011 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses from the estate of Long-Depaquit d'Albert Bichot is composed of 100% Chardonnay. The name of this plot comes from the distortion of the word "perreuse," the Roman road linking Chablis and Maligny at the foot of the Preuses. Aged on the lees, with stirring, for 10 months, the 2011 Long-Depaquit d'Albert Bichot Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses is a wine of character with a lovely mineral tightness. To the naked eye, the robe is pale yellow with brilliant green reflections. The nose is floral with notes of fresh greenery and flint. In the mouth, this Chablis is pure and refined. An elegant wine, tender and with good length. The finish is floral with touches of dried fruit. This Chablis Grand Cru can be drunk young or with dozens of years of age
