Meursault is one of the most famous Villages of the Burgundy region and it is the capital of the fine white wines from the same region. The 2012 Meursault Village of Domaine du Pavillon, produced by Albert Bichot exhibits a beautiful and bright straw-tinted yellow colour. The nose gives off plum and pear aromas with elegant floral hints but also a restrained grilled note. This strong, balanced, dense 2012 Meursault carries a good volume on the palate and develops brioche flavours as well as a long and aromatic finish.
