Description
A full and aromatic champagne by Marie Courtin
The estate
The Marie Courtin Champagne House, located in the village of Polisot in the Côte des Bar, was founded by Dominique Moreau in 2005. This talented winemaker produces high quality champagnes under the name of her grandmother, Marie Courtin, a farmer. A pioneer and passionate winegrower, Dominique Moreau cultivates her vineyards using organic and biodynamic methods, striving to faithfully reproduce the characteristics of the Champagne terroirs that give rise to rare cuvées combining finesse and vivacity. The cuvées are rare and sought after all over the world.
The vineyard
Concordance Blanc de Noirs 2016 by Marie-Courtin is made from east-facing vines in the Côte des Bar region of southern Champagne. The vines are on average 50 years old and are grown organically and biodynamically on marly soils.
