Weinwisser

Lightened garnet, broad rim on the outside. Already fairly accessible bouquet, simple. Slightly jammy palate, soft texture, gastronomic, early drinking.

03: Brightly lightened garnet, broad watery rim. Earthy, cool bouquet with geraniol notes. On the palate, slender profile, chocolate tones, metallic traces in the extract, strongly roughening.

Description

A structured and rich red wine from Pauillac

The property

In the heart of the Pauillac appellation, the Château La Fleur Peyrabon is a property of great personality. On the left bank of Bordeaux, this property has been brilliantly managed by Patrick Bernard since 1998, who makes it a point of honor to produce elegant and refined wines.

The vineyard

Located in the commune of Saint-Sauveur on the left bank of the Bordeaux region, the vineyard of Château La Fleur Peyrabon benefits from a very large sandy gravel terroir resting on clay subsoils, which allows the birth of typical crus of the Pauillac appellation.

Blend

Cabernet sauvignon (68%) and merlot (32%).

Tasting

Color
Beautiful bright red hue.

Nose
The nose exudes fragrances of plum and pit.

Palate
Both round and balanced, the palate also reveals itself as complex and rich. Persistent, the finish reveals tight and smooth tannins, evidence of ideal maturity.
