Pinot noir produced on the Nuits-Saint-Georges-Village appellation, Nuits-Saint-Georges Village from Domaine des Perdrix is produced on a 1.16 hectare plot. The soil is a mixture of clay and limestone. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 15 months.
Nuits-Saint-Georges Village 2016 from Domaine des Perdrix is a beautiful garnet, ruby-red. The bouquet is a well-orchestrated marriage between pitted fruits and red fruits. The palate is enveloped with tannins that combine finesse and delicacy.
