Santenay 1st Cru Beauregard 2015 from Domaine du Cellier aux Moines is a single-variety Chardonnay produced from vines that are, on average, 20 years old. The vineyard is 26 square meters and planted on deep soil consisting of pebbles and limestone. The ageing process takes place in barrels (0% are new) for 14-16 months, on average, with regular stirring (batonnage).
Santenay 1er Cru Beauregard 2015 from Domaine du Cellier aux Moines develops generous, gourmet and yellow fruit aromas, paired with light notes of wood that are perfectly integrated. In the mouth, this Santenay 1st Cru Beauregard 2015 presents itself as very profound. The finish is soft and incredibly well-balanced thanks to its freshness. This wine is made to develop gracefully.
