The estate
Located in the heart of the Burgundy wine region, the Domaine Laroche is an essential reference of Chablis, with a heritage dating back to the 9th century. Today, at the head of 90 hectares exclusively classified as Premiers and Grands Crus, the estate practices demanding agro-ecological viticulture. Since its integration into the Advini group in 2009, it stands out for its wines of great purity, both elegant, intense and faithful to the diversity of the Chablis climates.

The vineyard
A jewel of the Chablis wine landscape, the Domaine Laroche vineyard is cultivated with respect for natural balances. No synthetic inputs are used; treatments are based solely on plant-based preparations, promoting a symbiosis between the vine and its environment. This global agro-ecological approach guarantees the authenticity of the terroir and the vitality of the soils.

The wine
Among the most emblematic cuvées of the estate, the Chablis 1er Cru "Les Fourchaumes Vieilles Vignes" stands out for its exceptional origin. Coming from a 2.44 hectare terroir facing south and west, this wine comes from septuagenarian vines that bring a rare depth and great complexity. This great white wine combines mineral intensity, elegant breed and remarkable length. It benefits from Vegan and High Environmental Value (HVE) level 3 certifications.

Vinification and aging
The harvest, carried out manually, gives rise to a rigorous selection of grapes. Vinification takes place partly in oak barrels and stainless steel vats, as does aging. A further refinement on fine lees for nearly eight months follows the blend, giving the wine a silky texture and increased aromatic richness.
