The property
Rooted in Chablis since the 9th century, the Domaine Laroche is among the great references of the appellation. Integrated into the Advini group since 2009, the estate embodies a viticultural philosophy based on precision, elegance, and the authentic expression of the terroir. Thanks to rigorous viticulture and meticulous vinifications, each cuvée faithfully reflects the diversity and nobility of the Chablis climates.
The vineyard
This Chablis Village comes from the place called "Vieille Voye", a prime plot resting on Kimmeridgian soils rich in minerals and marine fossils, identity markers of the Chablis vineyard. This unique geology gives this Burgundy wine a sharp and chiseled minerality, as well as an aromatic depth that signs the most beautiful terroirs of Chablis.
Vinification and aging
The harvest is carried out manually, with meticulous sorting as soon as it enters the cellar. The aging takes place on fine lees, in stainless steel tanks and in French oak barrels. This dual approach allows to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit while bringing texture, roundness, and subtle complexity.
