2011 Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru (Chardonnay)
Domaine Faiveley's 2011 Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet is a single-grape Chardonnay produced from old vines.The shiny yet very pale yellow hued Burgundy reveals a combination of power and finesse on the nose: white and yellow fruits, white flowers (acacia and orange blossom), and freshly baked brioche. Rich aromas on the palate with fruit compote and candied fruits adding delicate, distinguished character. A superior wine: fresh, tangy, with great persistence.
