The 2008 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru from Domaine Faiveley is pure Pinot Noir from Burgundy. In the Middle-Ages, this vineyard was called "Petite Merveille" partly thanks to the quality of the wines that were produced. 
On the nose, this generous and complex wine reveals rich roasted and spicy aromas. On the palate, the 2008 Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru opens up on ripe and silky tannins and then develops strength, followed by a good structure.
