The Macchiole Messorio 2009 is a 100% Merlot from the famous Tuscan region. This vintage is one of the best with such a wonderful richness and chewy tannins. Very complex aromas characterize this wine, scents of raspberry and dark chocolate can be savored combined with the unique aromas of spicy fruits and rosemary. This Macchiole Messorio is very long lasting and powerful on the palate with the complexity of many spectacular aromas. The Messorio enjoys a long maturing ability.
