The Producer
For several generations, the Devillard family has enhanced exceptional terroirs from the Côte de Nuits to the Mâconnais through great Burgundy wines, renowned for their finesse and aromatic spectrum. The Devillard family owns four estates: Domaine des Perdrix, Château de Chamirey, Domaine de la Ferté and Domaine de la Garenne. They are also the creators of various and diverse ranges, including Le Renard.
The Wine
The Bourgogne Chardonnay from the Le Renard range is a Burgundy wine stemming from a selection of vineyards by the Devillard family, authentically expressing the aromatic richness of this characteristic grape variety of the region.
Vinification and Aging
The berries are harvested by hand and then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels. Aging lasts for 12 months before bottling.
