Generous and powerful, the nose releases scents of vanilla and star anise. The palate has a lovely length with hints of toasted wood. Meursault is world-renowned for the excellent quality of its Premier Crus, which are often compared to Grand Crus. The Goutte d'Or plot is named after the flint soil it contains, which have the form and color of gold drops.
