Bruno Paillard Nec Plus Ultra 1999 was created with the strong will to produce the greatest Champagne, regardless of the cost and the conditions. It was produced only from the greatest vintages from Grand Crus grapes. It was then aged in small oak barrels (to finally spend twelve years in the cellar). Only the most qualitative choices have been made. The vintage 1999 is identifiable thanks to its citrus, tangerine, almond and candied orange notes. On the palate, it has a good vibrancy with a pleasant freshness until finish, which develops into a sweet biscuit flavour.
