The property
Producer of grapes for other Champagne houses since 1764, the Cossy Family decided in the 1950s to market under its own name the champagne produced from its vineyard. The Cossy Champagne House is a family business, managed by Sophie Cossy, who took over the reins of the property at the age of 26 following the death of her father.
Passionate, Sophie Cossy creates refined cuvées aiming to offer a new tasting experience.
The vineyard
The Cossy House oversees a sustainably managed vineyard, of about 7 hectares spread over 34 different plots south of Reims, emblematic terroir of Champagne.
Blend
This vintage champagne is the result of a blend of chardonnay, pinot noir and pinot meunier.
