The estate
In the shadows of its 3 kilometres of underground galleries of Gallo-Roman origin, the high-quality Joseph Perrier Champagne House perpetuates a know-how and a respect for tradition which has been transmitted from generation to generation. Each plot is vinified separately so that the identity of each of the Champagne terroirs can be expressed, with bespoke ageing processes.

The latest creation of the prestigious Joseph Perrier Champagne House, Tout de Blanc By Lauren Collin Extra Brut is the result of over 3 years of intense reflection. This exceptional cuvée is the result of the combined talents of Benjamin Fourmon, Managing Director of Joseph Perrier and his friend and artist, Lauren Collin.
Produced in only 1,500 numbered magnums, Joseph Perrier's Tout de Blanc by Lauren Collin Extra Brut is unveiled in a specially designed bottle.
Vinification and ageing
Made from a selection of the best Chardonnays from the beautiful 2014 vintage, this champagne is dosed at 3.5 g/l.

The tasting
Reflecting all the elegance and nobility of Chardonnay variety, Tout de Blanc by Lauren Collin Extra Brut exudes delicate notes of spring flowers which inspired Lauren Collin for the bottle design.
Nose
Complex, the aromatic bouquet presents beautiful fragrances of white fruits, peaches, nectarines, exotic fruits as well as subtle floral and spicy notes when aerated.
Palate
With an incredible energy, tension and depth, the palate delivers a beautiful and delicious feel, with notes of peach and citrus fruits reminiscent of yuzu zest, while the minerality of the terroir is gradually expressed. The aromatic development persists for a long time on the finish.
