With a core of citrus fruits, such as grapefruit or mandarin, the Cuvée Royale Blanc de Noirs 2011 offers a nose of great aromatic freshness.
Thanks to its very long ageing on lees, this champagne offers a very pleasant vinous texture on the palate, balanced by a great deal of straightforwardness, liveliness, purity and mineral tension.
