Description
Champagne, Brut, Vintage 2000
The 2000 Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut Millesime is characterised by a strong golden robe with green highlights. On the nose, the bouquet is at first dominated by fruits, with dried fruit and candied citrusy notes. Then the flavours slowly evolve on cooked fruit hints, giving way to the good ripeness of the 2000 Millesime. On the palate, the wine carries its freshness through a beautiful and strong effervescence. The finish is long and persistent and reveals an unctuous wine, finishing on jammy fruit notes.
