Beautifully complex, it reveals aromas of dried strawberry, rosehip and blood orange zest, nuanced by subtle hints of warm stone and tea leaf.

The authentic expression of a rosé champagne by Nathalie Falmet
The estate
Located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, the estate is run by Nathalie Falmet, one of the few women to be both a winegrower and an oenologist in Champagne. Although she began her activity in 1993, the commercial company of this brand was officially established on 1 April 2009. A pioneering and rigorous figure, the current owner combines scientific precision with artisanal know-how to craft wines of character. The estate stands out for its plot-by-plot approach and its environmental commitment, reflecting the unique identity of this southern terroir.
The vineyard
The vineyard extends over 3.40 hectares in the Aube, on Kimmeridgian clay-limestone soils reminiscent of those of the Chablis region. Managed under sustainable agriculture, it has held the Haute Valeur Environnementale level 3 (HVE3) certification since 2021, ensuring the preservation of biodiversity and a reduction in inputs. Each plot is meticulously tended to allow the singularity of this Champagne terroir to express itself.
Winemaking and ageing
Tentation Rosée 2022 is produced using the direct saignée method. The grapes undergo a maceration of 24 to 48 hours to extract colour and aromas. Vinification then takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with no fining or filtration. Finally, the wine benefits from ageing on laths in the cellar for 24 months to develop its full complexity.
Grape varieties
50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier.
