Description
2012 Chablis Grand Cru Chardonnay
Les Preuses is a unique climat (specific vineyard in Burgundy) located north of the Chablis Grand Cru appellation. Pure Chardonnay, Domaine Chanson’s 2012 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses was produced from vines located at the heart of the parcel. Elegant and fragrant, this Chablis embodies unique mineral qualities from the climat. Matured 11 months in oak barrels, the 2012 Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses carries lovely, delicate aromas with commanding freshness and hints of citrus. The palate is balanced, tense, and nervous, with pleasant mineral character.
