The 2009 Santenay Premier Cru Beauregard of Domaine Chanson is composed of Pinot Noir. The Domaine possesses a vineyard of 3 hectares in the heart of the Santenay Premiers Crus. Santenay is a small village located in the south of Cote de Beaune.
The ruby-tinted red coloured wine gives off black berry, violet aromas on spices notes enhanced by a light vanilla hint. The 2009 Santenay Premier Cru Beauregard is well-structured on a good volume and offers a pure and fresh fruit. The very fine-grained tannins are followed by a delicate wood and a good persistence.
