The 2014 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru of Domaine Faiveley is pure Pinot Noir and was aged in French oak barrels for 16 to 18 months, in vaulted cellars from the 19th century.
This vintage reveals a ruby-tinted dark, deep red colour. The nose gives off a complex floral (rose and violet) and fruity aromas, followed by some restrained hints of wood. On the palate, the attack of the 2014 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru is round and offers strong tannins. The rich wine is well-structured and offers a good length. This 2014 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru can be tasted between 2022 and 2026.
