In 2007, Domaine Faiveley acquired a parcel located in Rugien Hauts, the finest area of the climat (vineyard with specific combination of soil composition and weather conditions). The 2014 Pommard 1er Cru Les Rugiens is a Pinot Noir.

 This Burgundy vintage displays a beautiful, dark ruby hue. The nose exudes pleasant black fruits and spices, superbly paired with empyreumatic notes. Lovely wood flavours from maturation open-up the palate. The 2014 Pommard 1er Cru Les Rugiens offers beautiful structure as well as great aromatic persistence resulting in outstanding ageing potential.
