The 2000 Bâtard-Montrachet from Maison Louis Latour has a magnificent golden yellow colour. The aromas and flavours are perfectly balanced with a mellow woodiness.The nose and mouth are perfectly balanced in terms of aromas and flavours. On the finish, there is a pleasant fresh sensation.
