2011 Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru
Louis Latour’s 2011 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Cailleret displays green-tinted yellow colour. The swirl brings out vanilla, hazelnut, and mint. Round, full palate, with subtle almond paste notes, and lovely minerals on the finish. A great classic in the appellation. This Burgundy should drink well now or in several years.
