Wine Advocate-Parker : Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2014 tasting, Latour's 2014 Corton Grancey Grand Cru feels a little pinched on the nose but gradually opens with blackberry leaf and cranberry scents. The palate is grainy in texture with a touch of bitterness. The tannins feel rather coarse, and it finishes in a rustic style that is not befitting a grand cru. This was a bit of a disappointment after a better showing in London last year. Tasted September 2017.
