Description
For this cru, Louis Latour vinified his wine in centenarian oak barrels. This 2011 Volnay Premier Cru En Crevret displays a garnet-tinted red colour. It gives off a floral bouquet accompanied by subtle grilled and smoky notes. On the palate, this Burgundy wine possesses an aromatic palette of red berry fruits and violets. The structure is beautifully round and is in harmony with a silky and fresh finish. This Louis Latour 2011 Volnay Premier Cru En Chevret is a wine worth keeping.
