Description
Amour de Deutz is a exceptional Champagne. It is exclusively created from Chardonnay that comes from 60% Avize, 35% Mesnil-sur-Oger and 5% Villers-Marmery. The 2005 vintage Amour de Deutz is particularly rich and sunny. It offers nice promises. Its crystal clear robe with white golden glints has a fine lace of bubbles. The nose reveals a good aromatic complexity and expresses enjoyable aromas of mirabelle and nectarine along with a hint of pastry. The attack is bold and frank on the palate, with a fresh and mineral-marked aromatic bouquet. This Deutz finish shows a nice lingering paired with fine notes of flower and citrus fruit, representative of the Chardonnay.
